As a strong partner in Europe, we are committed to continuously complementing our experience with innovative ideas and ensuring our high quality as we pursue our growth journey.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You report directly to the Group CFO and support the financial management and decision-making processes of the Group. The role combines financial performance analysis with a strong project-oriented component, supporting cross-functional initiatives at Group level. Key areas of responsibility include consolidated and entity-level performance analysis, financial evaluation of strategic initiatives and the implementation of Group-wide projects and reporting processes.

  • Identify and explain deviations from budget, forecast and prior-year results, highlighting key business drivers, risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare financial analyses, management reports, presentations and decision-support materials for the Group CFO and senior management.
  • Support and coordinate cross-functional projects sponsored by the Group CFO, working with local entities and Group functions to define objectives, collect and analyse relevant information, monitor progress and prepare recommendations for management.
  • Develop business cases and financial evaluations for strategic projects, investments and organizational restructuring initiatives.
  • Contribute to the improvement and standardization of financial and operational processes across the Group, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency, automation and transparency.
  • Perform ad hoc financial and operational analyses based on requests from the Group CFO and senior management.
  • Support in projects by preparing and coordinating the financial, operational and corporate documentation required for due diligence, transaction assessment and other stages of the process.
  • Coordinate the Group insurance portfolio, acting as the main point of contact for subsidiaries, insurance brokers and other external stakeholders. Support policy renewals, collection of exposure data, coverage reviews and claims-related activities.
