Job summary

Flex Suisse in Zurich is seeking a Marketing & AI Intern (m/f/d) at 40-60% to start ASAP, ideally alongside studies. The role blends marketing with technology, AI tools, and smarter workflows.

You will create content in German and English, manage LinkedIn content, develop visuals with Canva, support SEO and our job board, and experiment with AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT to optimize marketing and recruiting processes.

Qualifications

• Ongoing studies in marketing, business, communications, media, information systems or related field.
• Native or near-native German and fluent English.
• Strong digital affinity and genuine interest in technology and AI.
• Experience with or enthusiasm for tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Canva, Notion, Airtable or similar platforms.
• Ability to learn new software independently and test new technologies.
• Attention to detail and structured, reliable working style.

Responsibilities

• Produce and schedule LinkedIn content in German and English.
• Create visual content and marketing materials using Canva and AI-powered platforms.
• Transform ideas into publication-ready content in German and English.
• Maintain and improve website content, SEO basics and our job board.
• Assist with testing and implementation of AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Research and experiment with new software and productivity tools.
• Help optimize marketing and recruiting workflows through automation.
• Track content and campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support CRM data quality and digital process improvements.
• Maintain content calendar and digital asset library.
