Zusammenfassung

SaveSpace GmbH is seeking a founding marketer to steer growth and brand in a fast-paced, D2C environment. You will own demand generation, messaging, and content across the website, landing pages, and social channels, while building partnerships and a scalable marketing system.

You will collaborate closely with the founders to define strategy, ship AI-enabled workflows, and drive lifecycle marketing from zero to one. Fluency in German and English required for messaging and collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as the #1 or #2 marketing hire at a D2C startup.
• Proven track record of shipping agentic AI workflows in production.
• Strong content ability across positioning, landing pages, and social media.
• Strong demand-generation instincts across inbound, outbound, events, and conversion.
• Comfort with ambiguity and zero-to-one work.

• Own and optimize growth across website, conversion, tracking, lead quality, CRM handover, referrals, reviews, and lifecycle marketing.
• Build brand and category leadership through clear positioning, proprietary market insights, customer stories, and partnerships.
• Own the customer-facing UX and brand experience across website, booking flows, landing pages, and campaigns.
• Create content and assets that support case studies, sales materials, and social media.
• Build a scalable marketing system through reusable templates, messaging frameworks, automation, and external specialists.
