• Pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English.
• Prior consulting, startup, business development, sales, or marketing experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, non-traditional work environment.

We’re creating a new category between ERP and PLM - Lifecycle Cost Intelligence - to help industrial companies make smarter, faster, and more profitable product decisions. Now, we’re looking for a Founder’s Associate Intern, someone curious, driven, and eager to learn what it truly takes to build a B2B software company from zero to one.

As a Founder’s Associate, you’ll work side-by-side with the founding team on projects that directly move the company forward, across operations, customer development, marketing, and strategy.

You’ll get a front-row seat to startup building and play a hands-on role in shaping how we grow.

• Strategy: Collaborate with the CEO to define short-term and long-term growth priorities
• Data & Research: Analyze market data & customer feedback to support growth
• Investor & Partner Support: Prepare materials for fundraising and partnerships
• Marketing & Growth: Execute campaigns, create content, and track performance to generate demand and highlight customer success stories

This is not a narrow role. One day you'll have a conversation with a C-level executive from a prospective customer, the next you're improving our pricing model. Every week will be different, and you’ll learn a lot, fast.
