Zusammenfassung

SaveSpace in Zurich is seeking a founding marketer to build an AI-forward growth engine and scale to €10M+ ARR. This is not a traditional marketing role; you will operate with AI agents, automation, and sharp positioning to do the work of a small team.

You will own the 1-to-many growth engine—brand, demand generation, content, website optimization, and lifecycle marketing. Initially you'll work solo, with a clear path to build and lead a team as we scale with the founders.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as the #1 or #2 marketing hire at a D2C startup.
• Demonstrated delivery of agentic AI workflows in production.
• Strong content ability across positioning, landing pages, and social media.
• Strong demand-generation instincts across inbound, outbound, lifecycle, and conversion.
• Fluent German and English for the DACH market.

Aufgaben

• Own and optimize growth engine: website, conversion, tracking, CRM handover, referrals, reviews, and lifecycle marketing.
• Build brand and category leadership through positioning, market insights, customer stories, and partnerships.
• Own the customer UX and brand across website, booking flows, landing pages, campaigns, and collaboration with product/engineering.
• Create content and assets to support case studies, sales materials, and social media.
• Build a scalable marketing system through templates, messaging, automation, and external collaborators.
