SaveSpace Schweiz GmbH in Zürich seeks a Head of SEO / GEO to own and scale our organic growth across Europe, combining traditional SEO with AI-driven, AI-assisted workflows. You will build a programmatic content system, define the keyword roadmap for DACH and Europe, and measure ROI across rankings and share of voice.

You'll lead an initiative-first, ownership-heavy role, collaborating with founders in a Zurich office, and growing a team as the business scales.

The RoleWe're looking for someone to completely own SEO and GEO at SaveSpace. Your mission is simple to say and hard to do: make SaveSpace the European market leader in search, across both classic SEO and the new world of GEO.

Let's be direct about who we're looking for. We want the person who has already done this, someone who scaled SEO massively at a company and can actually deliver that outcome for us. Not a strategist who talks frameworks, but an operator with a real track record. Search is changing faster than it has in twenty years. People no longer just Google, they ask LLMs. The winners of the next decade will be the brands that AI engines cite and recommend by default. We want you to make SaveSpace that brand for storage in Europe.

This is a full-time role. You set the strategy, own the roadmap, build the systems, and you are accountable for the outcome: dominant organic and AI-driven visibility across every market we operate in. You run this yourself at first, with a clear path to building and leading a team as we scale.

What You'll Build

• Owning SaveSpace's entire organic growth engine, including technical SEO, on-page, content, internal linking, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and international, multi-market SEO across Europe
• Owning GEO and making SaveSpace the source AI engines cite, through structured data, entity building, authoritative content, and coverage that LLMs pull from and recommend
• Building a programmatic content system of scalable, high-quality pages that capture demand across storage intent, locations, and use cases, powered by AI workflows rather than manual grind
• Owning the keyword and topic strategy across DACH first and then the rest of Europe, and building the roadmap to rank and get cited in every target market
• Building the measurement layer across rankings, organic pipeline, AI-engine share of voice, and revenue, so every bet is tied to clear ROI and real deliveryUsing AI agents and automation to do the work of a full SEO team, from research agents to content pipelines to technical auditing and enrichment workflows

What You Bring

• You've scaled SEO at real scale before, and you can prove it. You've taken organic from a channel to the main channel at a high-growth consumer, marketplace, or D2C company, and you can point to the specific numbers you drove
• Real fluency in GEO and AI search. You understand how LLM-based engines surface and cite sources, and you have views, and ideally early results, on how to win there
• Evidence you've shipped agentic AI workflows in production, not just prompting. Think programmatic content systems, enrichment pipelines, custom GPTs, Claude projects, Clay or n8n workflows, or similar
• Comfort with ambiguity and zero-to-one work, high ownership, direct communication, and a bias for action
• Fluent in English and German, since our first focus market is DACH
• This is a full-time, office-first role based in Zurich. You will work closely with the founders and need to be regularly present in our Zurich office
