Lonio is building an AI-native backoffice outsourcing service for finance and HR in Switzerland. You will own the product roadmap for our compliance AI automation workflows and work daily with engineering to shape releases while catching edge cases before they become debt.

• Proven ability to translate domain knowledge into actionable specs for engineers.
• Strong fundamentals in prioritization and turning ambiguity into a plan.
• Comfort working closely with engineers daily and owning parts of the product not defined yet.
