Lonio is an AI-native backoffice outsourcing service for Swiss finance & HR. We’re seeking engineers who can shape the product, architecture, and engineering culture from day one, joining as the first engineer after the founders.

You will help build a platform that leverages AI to automate compliance flows, while rethinking how software is built and delivered. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role in an ambitious Swiss startup.
