Jobgether SRL seeks a founder-like engineer to transform an AI agent product into scalable infrastructure, building the core runtime and end-to-end stack. You will drive architecture decisions, ship frequent improvements, and collaborate directly with the founder to shape product direction.

Based in Europe initially with relocation to San Francisco within a year. This role offers high impact, broad responsibility, and potential CTO-level growth as the company expands.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of professional software engineering, or equivalent track record as founder/early technical lead.
• Hands-on experience building and operating production-grade LLM/AI agent systems.
• Strong full-stack capabilities spanning backend, infrastructure, frontend and AI/agent systems.
• Ability to make independent technical decisions in an early-stage environment.
• Experience taking prototypes to production scale through architecture, data modeling and reliability work.
• History of shipping frequently and iterating based on user feedback under tight timelines.
• Ability to communicate technical challenges, decisions and tradeoffs clearly.
• Comfort with ambiguity, limited process, and broad responsibility.
• Founder or early-stage startup experience is highly valuable, especially building products from the ground up.
• Familiarity with recruiting, agencies, or service-delivery is a plus.
• Based in Europe initially, with willingness to relocate to San Francisco within the first year.

Responsabilidades

• Transform the AI agent product into scalable, reliable infrastructure for substantial user growth.
• Design, build, and operate the core agent runtime, including orchestration, memory, verification, and multi-agent workflows.
• Develop across the full technology stack: backend services, infrastructure, frontend, and AI agent systems.
• Take technical initiatives from design to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Establish architectural foundations, engineering standards, and tooling for the org.
• Collaborate with the founder to define priorities and high-impact decisions.
• Ship product and infrastructure improvements frequently, guided by real customer feedback.
• Build systems that are reliable, observable, and scalable as product and user base grow.
• Help establish engineering culture and foundation to support future expansion.
• Take increasing ownership of technical strategy with potential CTO-level growth.
