Job summary

Jobgether SRL seeks an experienced senior engineer to own end-to-end product features in an AI-native development environment. You will work with AI agents as primary partners, define integrations, review AI outputs, and ensure production-grade quality across a distributed international team.

Responsibilities include architectural ownership, external partner engagements, and continuous improvement of AI-driven development processes. Remote, full-time role with global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of owning complex production systems end-to-end.
• Experience with backend architectures and reliability.
• Familiarity with AI coding agents as part of daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own product features from problem to production.
• Identify what to build without detailed specs.
• Collaborate with external partners for integrations.
• Review AI-generated code for quality and reliability.
• Drive tasks to AI agents and critique outputs in a large codebase.
• Evaluate AI implementations for errors and weaknesses.
• Test features focusing on transaction reliability.
• Own architecture, integrations, deployment and production readiness.
• Contribute to and evolve AI-first development processes.
• Stay updated on agentic development practices.
