PromptPartner is seeking Founding Engineers to build AI automation systems for European businesses. You will shape both product and the company from day one, owning architecture, roadmap, and culture in a fast-paced startup environment.

Expect to work with Claude Code as your primary development environment, leverage AI assistants daily, and collaborate closely with customers to deliver impactful, scalable solutions. Hybrid options in Zurich/Barcelona and remote across Europe are available.

Qualifikationen

• Founding engineer joining an early-stage startup to shape product and company from day one.
• 0-to-1 role with real influence on architecture, roadmap and culture.
• Experience building AI-powered features and integrating AI tools into products.

• Build core systems — APIs, integrations, automation infra.
• Make architecture decisions with ownership and accountability.
• Ship features quickly from idea to production.
• Work directly with customers to understand problems and deliver solutions.
• Set technical bar and establish standards for future hires.
