Ideal candidates are enrolled students with strong organizational skills and clear communication in German and/or English. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Working Student / Founders Associate who helps us keep things moving: operations, admin, events, content - and everything that makes a fast-growing AI company run smoothly.

Your Role

• You support the founders and the team in day-to-day execution
• You work with AI tools, our dreamleap agents, test them
• You support with building training curriculum
• You update websites, and materials on a daily basis
• You keep operations organized and reliable - even when things change or move fast
• You help deliver events, content and internal process optimizations with high quality
• You proactively support our CEO, COO and founding team

In short: you’re the person who makes sure the details are handled, communication is clear, and the team can focus on building and delivering great AI solutions.

You will

• Prepare and polish documents & materials (agendas, slides, checklists, templates)
• Support client & project coordination: scheduling, reminders, small admin tasks, keeping things on track
• Help with event operations (online & on-site): invites, registrations, logistics, run-of-show, quality assurance
• Support content production: newsletter drafts, podcasts, social media (research, outlines, guest coordination, repurposing content into short posts) and HTML updates / website updates
• Maintain internal documentation and lightweight processes
• Take ownership of small “make it happen” tasks that unblock the team
• Work together with our dreamleap AI agents and make them better for your own work

Your Profile

Must-haves

• Enrolled student (Bachelor/Master) with availability 40–60%
• Strong organizational skills and a “get it done” attitude
• You communicate clearly (German and/or English - ideally both)
• High reliability: you keep commitments, manage details, follow up, you are proactive
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
• Happy to support with administrative work
• Experience with social media like instagram, Linkedin, and HTML/website maintenance

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AI trainings
• Experience in highly regulated industries (finance, insurance, healthcare, public sector)
• Basic understanding of AI governance / EU AI Act / AI literacy requirements.
• Video production basics (Loom/Zoom recording, mic setup, editing fundamentals)
