Urban Connect AG is seeking a Founder’s Associate to work close with the founders and management on sales, product, and internal process initiatives. You will sit near decision-makers, contribute ideas, and take real ownership with visibility across the company.

You will support the commercial team, build pitches, run product demos, shape demand generation, and analyze data to back strategic decisions. A strong AI/Data lens and proactive, adaptable attitude are key.

Qualifikationen

• Currently pursuing or completed degree in business, economics, marketing, or AI/data science with a business track.
• Business-fluent German and English; French/Italian a plus.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable with data and complex numbers.
• Self-starter who can own decisions and outcomes.
• Willing to pitch in across responsibilities.
• Familiar with AI and tech capabilities.

• Sales support across the full sales process to keep a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Create pitches and proposals for clients and internal use.
• Deliver product demos to show value for clients.
• Shape demand generation with campaigns and events.
• Analyze data and build business cases for decisions.
• Improve internal processes and reduce manual work.
• Apply AI tools to speed up processes.
• Maintain a useful CRM that is accurate and current.
• Handle additional duties as priorities shift.
