Job summary

Hoshii is building an AI-powered inbox for B2B back-office teams in Zurich. We are seeking a hands-on talent and operations leader to structure recruiting, employer brand, and cross-functional projects across CS, Sales, and Marketing.

You will own hiring pipelines, run events, and set up new functions as the company scales. You will work closely with Jiir, our Co-Founder and CEO, to build scalable processes, manage budget and vendor relationships, and keep payroll and invoicing workflows

Qualifications

• Experience building recruiting pipelines from sourcing to offer.
• Ability to run hiring events and strengthen employer brand.
• Operational mindset with cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfort with budget, invoicing and payroll basics.
• Fluency in German and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a pipeline of candidates for every position.
• Organize hiring events and strengthen the employer brand in Zurich and beyond.
• Lead cross-functional projects across CS, Sales, and Marketing.
• Set up new functions as the company grows and hand them over.
• Prepare board updates, KPI reporting, and data room edits.
