Zusammenfassung

Alohi is hiring a Head of Operations to partner with the CEO and executive team to scale operations across our multi-product portfolio. This role focuses on strategic, cross-functional execution, owning high-impact projects, and bringing structure to ambiguous priorities to increase execution speed.

You will lead Compliance, Legal & Regulatory, HR & Talent Acquisition, and Office Operations, building teams and processes that evolve with company growth.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a technology-driven organisation, SaaS a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs across operations domains.
• Strong leadership and people-development capabilities.
• Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Hands-on execution: reporting, dashboards, SOPs, tools and workflows.
• Tech-savvy with modern tools (Notion, HubSpot, Slack, Zapier).
• Fluent in English; working French is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the CEO’s go-to operator for high-priority, cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead ad-hoc strategic projects end-to-end from framing to delivery.
• Define scope, success metrics, timelines, resources and risks for initiatives.
• Build lightweight systems and dashboards to accelerate leadership decisions.
• Support partnerships impacting distribution, product adoption, or GTM execution.
• Oversee HR, Legal, Compliance, and Office Operations functions.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
