Zusammenfassung

Hitachi Energy in Switzerland seeks an experienced APQP Lead for Insulation & Components. You will implement and maintain Foundation APQP essentials across the GPG I&C Quality strategy, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving updates as new risks and novelties arise.

You will lead foundation APQP plan development, run related meetings, and ensure proper transfer of APQP essentials to local products and HUBs. Fluency in English is required, and a technical degree is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience with APQP
• Strong knowledge of APQP processes, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, and MSA methodologies
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration
• Fluency in English

Aufgaben

• Coordinate development of Foundation APQP plan
• Lead APQP plan meetings and prepare documentation
• Participate in Foundation FMEA workshops and support HUBs and Factories
• Support R&D to use Foundation APQP essentials for new products
• Support ToT projects for proper transfer of APQP essentials
• Act as GPG I&C Plato Admin and train cross-functional teams
• Identify technology novelties to drive updates in Foundation APQP essentials
