Hitachi Energy Dry Transformers Switzerland SA in Ticino, Switzerland invites an experienced Planning & Fulfillment Manager to drive end-to-end planning and fulfillment activities, translating customer demand into efficient execution across the value chain.

You will lead SE&OP, capacity, master production planning, scheduling, and inventory strategies, shaping performance through KPIs and ERP deployments, with Italian and English fluency as critical prerequisites.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a related field.
• Master’s Degree (MBA or Supply Chain specialization) preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Fulfillment, Production Planning, Logistics, or Operations Management.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience in SE&OP or planning roles.

Aufgaben

• Own and lead factory Planning processes: Demand Planning, SE&OP, Capacity Planning, MPP, Detailed Scheduling, Material Planning, and S&OE.
• Lead SE&OP process and align with Product Line Planning to ensure capacity and financial targets.
• Translate forecasts and orders into feasible supply plans and monitor forecast accuracy and backlog.
• Manage short-, medium-, and long-term production and coordinate priorities and capacity.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for Planning & Fulfillment and provide real-time visibility of performance.
• Drive deployment and optimization of ERP and digital supply chain solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement and develop a high-performing Planning & Fulfillment organization.
