HITACHI ENERGY LTD in Switzerland seeks a Quality Management professional to drive quality across large EPC projects. You will collaborate with project teams, customers, suppliers, and site organizations to ensure requirements are understood, implemented and continuously improved.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field is required.
• Experience in EPC project quality management in a large/complex org is preferred.
• Internal-auditor certification is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Plan, organize, lead, and monitor quality-related project activities, KPIs, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain the Project Quality Plan per ISO 9001 requirements.
• Lead quality audits, handle non-conformances, corrective actions, and lessons learned.
• Monitor quality indicators including NCRs, customer complaints, and project savings.
• Coordinate quality requirements for critical equipment including ITPs, IPP, and inspections.
