Hitachi Energy in Switzerland seeks an experienced APQP Lead for Insulation & Components. You will implement and maintain Foundation APQP essentials across the GPG I&C Quality strategy, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving updates as new risks and novelties arise.
You will lead foundation APQP plan development, run related meetings, and ensure proper transfer of APQP essentials to local products and HUBs. Fluency in English is required, and a technical degree is expected.
The Opportunity
As anGPG Insulation & Components APQP Leaderyouwillbe responsible forthe implementation and maintenance of Foundation APQP essentials,accordingto the defined strategy and plan for GPG I&C Quality.Youwill collaborate withcrossfunctionalteams ensuring that Foundation APQP essentials are updated according to novelties and new risks.
How you'll make an impact
Coordinate the development ofFoundationAPQP plan.
Lead foundation APQP Plan related meetings, collecting and preparing documentation, beingmainconnection point between QMT, Factories, Globalexpertsand R&D.
Participate in Foundation FMEA workshopsand support HUBs and Factories to use foundation APQP essentials (to be cascaded to local products).
Support R&Dorganizationto use foundation APQP essentials for new product developments.
SupportToTprojects to ensure proper transfer of APQP essentials.
Act as GPG I&C Plato Admin, traincrossfunctionalteams, support the organization on the usage and ensure that foundation content is updated.
Proactive identification of technology novelties to drive updates in foundation APQP essentialsand collaborate with GPG Operations toidentifyglobal process changes that might affect to foundation APQP essentials (e.g.from best practices to requirement).
Yourbackground
Technical degreefrom the University.
3-5 years of experience with APQP (preferablyin industries like Automotive or Wind).
Strong knowledge of APQP processes, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, and MSA methodologies.
Experience with Platois anadvatage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability toidentifyand implement process improvements.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams andfacilitateeffective collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
Fluency in English
