Qualifikationen

• Completed apprenticeship and a Federal certificate of competence.
• Experience in customer satisfaction, preferably in financial services.
• Fluent in English and German; Italian is highly recommended.
• Strong interest in financial products and markets (stocks, ETFs, crypto).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary contact for clients via phone, handling 70–80% of daily activities.
• Provide accurate support and resolve inquiries related to the Yuh app.
• Explain products and processes clearly, with empathy and compliance.
• Document client interactions accurately and coordinate with teams for follow-up.
• Maintain confidentiality and regulatory compliance in all actions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery and processes.
