Zusammenfassung

Yuh is seeking a Customer Care Representative to be the main link between the app users and the company. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and guide clients through their financial journey with a focus on a smooth customer experience in a Swiss fintech environment.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and French, with Italian preferred, and have a solid background in customer service within financial services.

Qualifikationen

• Completed apprenticeship with Federal certificate of Competence.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in financial services.
• Fluency in English and French; Italian proficiency recommended.
• Interest in financial products and markets (stocks, ETFs, crypto).

Aufgaben

• Serve as main contact for clients via phone, handling inbound and outbound calls (70–80% of daily activities).
• Provide accurate support via telephone, ensuring first-class service quality for the Yuh App in pay, save and invest.
• Explain products, features and processes clearly, empathetically and compliantly.
• Document client interactions accurately and ensure proper follow-up and cross-team transparency.
• Collaborate with other representatives and internal departments to improve service delivery.
• Uphold fair treatment, confidentiality and regulatory compliance at all times.
