Job summary

Commodity Supplies AG in Zurich is seeking a dynamic Solutions Consultant to bridge business needs with technical expertise, designing tailored solutions for enterprise clients. You will partner with Sales, Product and Operations to accelerate deals and ensure successful outcomes.

You will conduct discovery, translate requirements into solution designs, deliver compelling demos and POCs, and contribute to RFIs/RFPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, CS or related field.
• Experience as Solutions Consultant, Presales, or similar in enterprise software/SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain, logistics or related industries.
• Fluent written/spoken English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to understand client processes, challenges, and requirements.
• Translate client needs into effective solution designs and specs.
• Design and present tailored solutions using product capabilities and integration options.
• Deliver product demos, presentations, and proof-of-concept workshops.
• Support the sales team as a technical and functional expert through the sales cycle.
• Contribute to RFI/RFP responses with accuracy and alignment to customer expectations.
• Provide effort estimations and implementation guidance for proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Operations, and Implementations teams.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to support product innovation.
• Create sales enablement materials, technical docs, and case studies.
