Qualifikationen

• Proven background in Finance Transformation, Shared Services, Global Business Services, or Process Excellence environments
• Strong governance, change management, and stakeholder influencing skills
• Understanding of finance controls, compliance, and best-practice processes

Aufgaben

• Lead governance and performance management of strategic outsourced service providers
• Own and drive standardisation of key finance processes across a complex international organisation
• Partner with finance, operations, and technology teams to deliver transformation initiatives
• Establish and monitor KPIs, governance frameworks, and controls to drive excellence
• Lead change management and adoption of new processes across global teams
• Develop and mentor a small team and build relationships with stakeholders across the business
