You will work with senior finance leaders across Europe, translating priorities into concrete initiatives, processes and tools, and coordinating across entities. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of professional experience in finance transformation, accounting advisory, CFO advisory, consulting or related fields.
• Experience in international corporate environments.
• Fluent German and English.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and financial analysis.
• Ability to translate strategy into concrete finance initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement the finance transformation roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional finance projects from concept to implementation.
• Review and improve finance processes for simplification, standardization and improvement.
• Develop reporting and analytical tools to support business and strategic decision-making.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis and selected strategic finance initiatives.
• Coordinate finance topics across different entities and countries.
• Work closely with senior finance stakeholders and operational teams in an international environment.
• Act as a strong interface between finance, business stakeholders and external advisors.
• Bring structure to complex topics and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Support the implementation of new processes, tools and ways of working across the finance organization
