Zusammenfassung

Proclinical Staffing is seeking a Service Technician to support customers across Western Switzerland. The role is highly autonomous and field-based, combining hands-on engineering with direct customer interaction to ensure analytical laboratory equipment performs to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation, train users, and collaborate with sales on service contracts and upgrades while travelling extensively within Western Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• Technical qualification in Laboratory Technology, Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of field service/technical support experience on analytical or industrial equipment.
• Experience in laboratory environments and supporting analytical instrumentation is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Install, commission, and validate analytical instruments at customer sites.
• Provide user training and technical guidance to lab staff.
• Perform preventative maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Diagnose faults and implement corrective actions remotely or on-site.
• Support demonstrations, evaluations, and customer projects with sales.
• Maintain service documentation and customer reports.
• Travel across Western Switzerland; maintain professionalism and safety.
