Job summary

CHINA CONSTRUCTION BANK Zurich Branch seeks an RM Assistant to support relationship managers in building and maintaining corporate client relationships in the Swiss market. You will assist with client meetings, events, KYC onboarding, and credit/AML processes, ensuring high accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in a financial institution, with strong analytical skills and fluency in Mandarin and English advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a financial institution, preferably in corporate banking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high accuracy and accountability.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing and maintaining business relationships with existing clients and prospects.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating client meetings.
• Assist in planning and executing client events.
• Assist with data analysis and the preparation of internal reports for FI clients.
• Assist with KYC processes, including client onboarding, periodic reviews, and event-driven reviews.
• Assist in managing the credit process, including the preparation of credit ratings and credit applications.
• Assist with AML-related responsibilities, including monitoring, analysis, commentary, and assessment of adverse media.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the FI Senior RM and the FI team.
