UBS in Zürich is seeking a Client Account Manager to support client advisors in delivering exceptional service within our WM APAC Switzerland - Taiwan Team in Zurich.

You will manage daily client transactions while assisting with KYC, account openings/closings, and administrative tasks to ensure accurate, timely service for HNW/UHNW clients.

Fluency in English is required; Mandarin is an asset. The role emphasizes risk awareness and collaborative problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in financial services or 2 years in other sectors.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience.
• Support client advisors in administrative, risk and legal and compliance related tasks and duties.
• Manage daily business in HNW/UHNW client servicing and provide high quality service.
• Be the point of entry for processing client orders, e.g. stock orders, foreign exchange, loans and deposits.
• Be the direct contact for daily banking activities and administrative work for our clients.
• Manage daily client transactions and carry out inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes; e.g. account opening and closing, suitability reviews, KYC and due diligence.
• Support client advisors when they are on business trips and assist in preparing client meetings.
