Job summary

China Construction Bank Zurich is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to manage Swiss market clients, including large corporates and multinationals, focusing on on-site visits, credit assessments, and due diligence.

The role requires commodity sector experience and expertise in trade finance; you will develop tailored solutions, build global relationships with Swiss executives, and ensure sound risk management within CCB Switzerland. Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar corporate banking role.
• Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and accountability.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
• Team player in a multi-cultural, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Client responsibility for Swiss market including large corporates, multinationals and SMEs.
• Extensive commodity sector experience with strong trade finance expertise.
• Identify needs and propose tailor-made corporate banking solutions.
• Build long-term relationships with Swiss corporate decision-makers.
• Prepare credit ratings, proposals and applications; monitor ratings and limits.
• Act as first line of defense for risk management and performance review.
• Leverage CCB networks for Swiss corporates.
