Zusammenfassung

CBRE Geneva is seeking a Multi Skilled Technician to perform HVAC and electrical maintenance across our facilities. You will conduct multi-technical interventions, supervise contractors, and ensure accurate CMMS updates and intervention reports.

We require a CFC diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years' experience in similar settings. OIBT 15 certification is a plus. On-call rotations and site safety compliance are integral to the role.

Qualifikationen

• CFC diploma or equivalent technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Heating Systems, Maintenance, Automation, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in multi-technical maintenance within commercial, industrial, or facility management environments.
• OIBT Article 15 certification is a strong advantage.

Multi Skilled Technician

Key Responsibilities

• HVAC maintenance
• Electrical maintenance
• Multi-skilled technical interventions
• Contractor and service provider supervision
• CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) updates and intervention reporting
• Compliance with HSE and safety regulations

Hvac

Required Technical Skills

• Air Handling Units (AHUs)
• Air conditioning systems
• Ventilation systems
• Chillers and refrigeration equipment
• Hydraulic networks

Electrical

• Low-voltage electrical troubleshooting
• Electrical diagram reading and interpretation
• Electrical distribution boards
• Lighting and power distribution systems

IT Skills

• CMMS software

Required Profile
