Job summary

Jet Aviation Basel is seeking a Facility Desk Administrator to serve as the frontline contact for employees, stakeholders and service partners. You will manage requests end-to-end, oversee quality checks and coordinate supplier activities to ensure top-tier workplace standards.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills and fluency in English and French; German at B2 is a plus. This on-site position offers opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in facilities or premium hospitality.
• Excellent communication and discretion with senior, executive and VIP stakeholders.
• Strong judgement, prioritization and organizational skills.
• Fluent English and French mandatory; German at B2 level and additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact at the help desk and via the service hotline.
• Own service requests from registration through to resolution, follow-up and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate quality checks across soft and hard facility services and follow up on corrective actions.
• Monitor preventive maintenance and inspection schedules, escalating risks when needed.
• Track tickets, open works and service actions, prepare KPI reports.
• Support the Facility Coordinator with suppliers, moves, access and service quality.
• Administer subcontractor works and invoices, verifying completion before approval.
• Maintain accurate documentation, trackers and handovers for continuity.
