Jet Aviation Basel is seeking a professional Supervisor to lead and coordinate work on wide and narrow body aircraft completion projects. You will collaborate with engineers, quality inspectors, and suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with top safety standards.

The role requires team leadership, aviation documentation proficiency, and experience with SAP and SmarTeam. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of French or German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent English (B2) or higher, additional languages a plus.
• Experience in aviation industry and in leading a team.
• Knowledge of Part 145 and Part 21G regulations.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and develop weekly planning with the Manager.
• Supervise installation tasks within completion projects and ensure quality, cost and schedule goals.
• Liaise with internal customers and providers on problems and modifications.
• Ensure proper use of tools and equipment and maintain documentation.
• Promote safe work practices and 5S in the team.
• Lead and motivate personnel to achieve efficiency and quality.
