Job summary

Jet Aviation Basel is seeking a Facility Desk Administrator to deliver exceptional workplace support for employees, stakeholders and service partners. You will blend frontline service with facilities coordination and proactive site oversight to ensure requests are processed efficiently and workplace standards remain high.

In this role, you will act as the friendly first contact at the help desk, own requests through to resolution, coordinate quality checks, and monitor maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in facilities, workplace services, or premium hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact at the help desk and service hotline.
• Own service requests from registration to resolution and follow-up.
• Coordinate quality checks across soft and hard services.
• Monitor preventive maintenance and inspections, escalating risks when needed.
• Track tickets, open works and service actions; prepare KPI reports.
• Support the Facility Coordinator with suppliers, moves, access and service quality.
• Administer subcontractor works and invoices; verify completion.
• Maintain documentation, trackers and handovers for operational continuity.
• Follow EHS, security and confidentiality requirements and maintain a professional appearance.
