You will drive cost competitiveness, supply continuity, risk mitigation and supplier performance, negotiating complex contracts and partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver manufacturing excellence.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain or materials management.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, category management and complex negotiations.
• Experience in semiconductor or highly regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
• Excellent commercial, analytical, financial and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for global wafer fabrication operations.
• Lead sourcing across direct materials, capital equipment and critical services.
• Drive cost savings, supplier innovation and risk reduction.
• Lead supplier performance management, reviews and improvement plans.
• Negotiate complex agreements and long-term contracts.
• Establish KPIs for cost, quality, delivery, inventory and working capital.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and provide updates on supplier performance and risks.
• Lead, coach and develop procurement team members.
