Flyability, a Swiss robotics company, seeks a Head of Supply Chain in Lausanne to oversee electronics procurement, S&OP, ERP rollout, and global logistics. You will lead a 6-person team and work with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize inventory and supplier performance.

The role requires a strong background in high-tech hardware, 8+ years of leadership, and fluency in English and French. Hybrid work model with travel, reporting to the VP of Operations.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years leading supply chain, hardware/high-tech manufacturing.
• 5+ years in procurement.
• Experience implementing or scaling an ERP system (Odoo a plus).
• Fluent English and French.
• Willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Oversee electronics procurement and supplier relationships.
• Lead S&OP process to align demand, capacity and financial targets.
• Drive ERP rollout and optimization within the supply chain.
• Manage global logistics, warehousing, and inventory controls.
