Job summary

EHL Group seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor in Lausanne for the Michelin-starred Le Berceau des Sens. You will supervise service, train students and support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.

Fluency in French and English (C1) is required. The role offers a permanent contract, generous employee benefits including meals and transport support, and opportunities to advance within the EHL School network.

Qualifications

• You have a degree in hospitality or equivalent experience.
• You have solid experience in the service of Michelin-starred restaurants.
• You have excellent communication skills and a good sense of initiative and organization.
• You are fluent in French and English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Participate in the smooth running of the service and in the training and supervision of the students.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager and his assistant in the various operational activities.
• Ensure the standing, control and propose corrective actions to maintain the quality of a fine dining restaurant.
• Respect the standards and procedures.
• Participate in the promotion of the EHL brand.
