Job summary

Nestlé Research in Lausanne is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead hospitality operations, from daily service to VIP events, blending science and service to deliver exceptional experiences for guests.

You will manage a diverse team of about 25 staff, drive local sourcing, food safety, and sustainability, and collaborate with Culinary Flagship and partners to raise service standards. Fluency in French and English is required. This is a hybrid role with on-site focus at Vers-chez-les-Blanc.

Qualifications

• Proven F&B management experience with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to lead a ~25-person team including apprentices and ad-hoc staff.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate all food points and table service for Nestlé Research events and daily hospitality, from concepts to execution.
• Lead and develop a diverse F&B team of about 25 employees and contractors.
• Create innovative F&B offerings with focus on local sourcing and partnerships.
• Anticipate trends and elevate services and guest experiences.
• Ensure quality control, food safety, hygiene, and sustainability in operations.
