Zusammenfassung

Finders SA is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager for its Basel-based External Asset Manager team. You will manage and grow an existing client portfolio, serving as the primary contact while coordinating with internal teams to provide banking, investment and operational solutions.

The role blends relationship management with business development, requiring 5–10 years in private banking, fluency in German and English, and a university degree in Finance or Economics.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• Around 5–10 years' experience within Private Banking or Financial Services, ideally with exposure to External Asset Managers.
• Swiss private banking experience is highly desirable, but not essential.

Aufgaben

• Manage and develop existing EAM relationships, while identifying opportunities for new business.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with external asset managers and their clients.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate appropriate banking and investment solutions.
• Promote the Bank’s products and services and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Prepare and participate in client meetings, events and presentations.
• Act as a key contact for day-to-day client enquiries and requests.
• Coordinate and monitor client instructions, including payments, securities transactions and changes to static data.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient and timely execution of client requirements.
• Monitor credit lines, investment maturities and other relevant client matters.
• Ensure activities are carried out in line with applicable internal policies and regulatory requirements, including AML, FATCA and MiFID.
• Follow up on administrative and operational matters to ensure a high level of client service.
