Job summary

SwissPeak Partners GmbH in Basel is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of External Asset Manager relationships, delivering high-quality client service and integrating investment topics with internal specialists.

The role emphasises relationship development, client needs assessment and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Economics or a comparable field.
• Approximately 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management or a comparable financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of client relationship management and financial services processes.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills; experience with Avaloq or a comparable banking platform is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing External Asset Managers while identifying opportunities for further business development.
• Act as a reliable point of contact for day to day client requests and ensure a high level of service.
• Understand client needs and work with internal stakeholders to develop suitable solutions, processes and services.
• Coordinate investment related topics and provide clients with relevant research, market information and investment solutions.
• Present and promote relevant financial products and services.
• Prepare and coordinate client meetings, presentations and relationship events.
