J. Safra Sarasin Group is seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) for our External Asset Manager unit in Basel. You will maintain EXAM relationships and deliver high-level service to clients with a focus on private banking excellence.

The role requires strong problem solving, German and English fluency, and collaboration with internal teams. Candidates should have 5–10 years in private banking, a Finance degree, and solid MS Office skills; Avaloq knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance or equivalent is required.
• 5–10 years of experience in Private Banking or equivalent.
• Strong MS Office skills; Avaloq knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability and ability to work under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and develop EXAM relationships while driving new business.
• Develop solutions and processes that meet client expectations.
• Provide research and investment solutions to clients.
• Promote Bank services and ensure compliance with policies.
• Prepare client meetings and respond to inquiries by email/phone.
• Monitor client instructions and investment lines; monitor data changes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Basel locations.
