Albedis SA is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager for External Asset Managers to maintain and expand relationships with professional wealth management firms and independent asset managers. Qualifications

• University-level degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management or External Asset Manager coverage.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to operate in a highly regulated environment.
• Fluency in German and English; Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop relationships with external asset managers and intermediaries.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within wealth management.
• Act as primary contact for client inquiries and relationship management.
• Support clients with investment solutions, market insights and banking services.
• Coordinate with internal specialists across investments, credit, operations, compliance and wealth planning.
• Ensure AML/KYC/regulatory compliance across activities.
• Prepare and participate in client meetings and business development events.
• Monitor client activities, credit facilities and investments maturities.
• Oversee execution of client instructions (payments, securities, account maintenance).
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational matters.

Job description:

As Senior Relationship Manager for External Asset Managers, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with professional wealth management firms and independent asset managers. Acting as a trusted partner, you will support clients across investment, banking, operational and regulatory topics while driving business development and identifying growth opportunities. The role combines relationship management, investment advisory support, business development and close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with existing external asset managers and professional intermediaries
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the wealth management sector
• Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries and day-to-day relationship management activities
• Support clients with investment solutions, market insights and banking services
• Coordinate closely with internal specialists across investments, credit, operations, compliance and wealth planning
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements, including AML, KYC, FATCA and cross-border regulations
• Prepare and participate in client meetings, presentations, networking events and business development activities
• Monitor client activities, credit facilities and investment maturities
• Oversee the execution and follow-up of client instructions related to payments, securities transactions and account maintenance
• Support the resolution of operational and administrative matters in collaboration with internal teams

Expected profile:

You hold a university-level degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or a related discipline and bring several years of experience serving sophisticated private banking or wealth management clients. You are a relationship-driven professional with strong commercial instincts and the ability to operate confidently within a highly regulated financial environment.

Additionally:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management or External Asset Manager coverage
• Proven track record managing relationships with external asset managers, intermediaries, family offices or high-net-worth clients
• Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio construction and financial markets
• Experience supporting clients across banking, investment and operational topics
• Good understanding of Swiss and international regulatory frameworks, including AML, KYC, FATCA and investor protection requirements
• Strong business development capabilities with the ability to identify and generate new opportunities
• Experience working with core banking and portfolio management platforms is advantageous
• Confidence interacting with senior decision-makers and professional investors
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• High level of integrity, accountability and client orientation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are advantageous
• Valid CH work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship required
• Willingness to work 100% on-site
