Job summary

Swissquote seeks an Associate Director for Existing Clients to lead BRM’s oversight and controls for corporate and institutional clients across Gland and Zurich. You will drive operational excellence and ensure alignment with BRM standards and strategic priorities.

In this leadership role, you will manage a high-performing team, oversee periodic reviews, coordinate with Sales, Compliance and Legal, and report metrics to senior management while championing risk-based approaches in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in client periodic reviews or compliance operations.
• Leadership experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss regulatory requirements (FINMA, AMLA, CDB).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Existing Clients team and oversee operations and people management.
• Oversee the periodic review process and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with Sales, Compliance and Legal on complex cases and audits.
• Own reporting on controls metrics for senior management and executives.
• Lead process improvements to increase efficiency and on-time completion rates.
