IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland, seeks an Executive MBA Participant Experience Coordinator intern (100%) for 2027. The role supports the EMBA Student Experience and Academic Services, coordinating program deliverables, gathering teaching materials, and liaising with Marketing, Communications and F&B teams.

The intern will help manage the learning platform, respond to student requests, and contribute to process improvements and virtual sessions. Swiss work permit or EU citizenship is required.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or event management.
• Business management certification with multicultural customer relations experience is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English; French or other languages are advantageous.

We are looking for a dynamic intern to support the EMBA Student Experience and Academic Services related operations. Our EMBA program is delivered virtually and face to-face.

Key activities & accountabilities

Supporting the Student Experience and Academic Services Team in the following areas:

• Delivery of the EMBA programs with high-level service and world-class standards
• Coordination of the program deliverables and gather teaching material from Faculty members and liaise with other internal departments (marketing, communication, F&B, etc.)
• Learning management system to support students’ learning experience
• Answer requests from the students during their learning journey
• Collaboration on process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and student experience
• Support the delivery of virtual sessions and webinars

Education

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or event management
• Other business management certification with strong experience in a multicultural customer relations role also possible

• Team player is a must, as you will work closely with other members of the Degree Programs department and the students

A valid Swiss work permit or Swiss or EU-25EFTA citizenship is required for this position.
