IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland, seeks an Executive MBA Participant Experience Coordinator intern (100%) for 2027. The role supports the EMBA Student Experience and Academic Services, coordinating program deliverables, gathering teaching materials, and liaising with Marketing, Communications and F&B teams.

The intern will help manage the learning platform, respond to student requests, and contribute to process improvements and virtual sessions. Swiss work permit or EU citizenship is required.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or event management.
• Business management certification with multicultural customer relations experience is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English; French or other languages are advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Support the EMBA Student Experience and Academic Services team.
• Coordinate program deliverables and collect teaching materials from Faculty.
• Liaise with internal departments (marketing, communications, F&B).
• Support learning management system to assist students’ learning.
• Answer student requests during their learning journey.
• Assist with virtual sessions and webinar delivery.
