Zusammenfassung

Packimpex seeks a Director Corporate Services to lead HR, Finance, and Digital, Technology & Marketing, reporting directly to the CEO. You will provide strategic direction and oversee governance, reporting, and controlling across the group from Thörishaus near Bern, with 80–100% workload.

You will drive transformation initiatives, ensure ISO 9001/14001/27001 compliance, and foster cross-country collaboration. An entrepreneurial, hands-on leader with international SME experience is essential.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in business, finance, or law.
• Several years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong finance, controlling, and corporate management knowledge.
• Experience in transformation and project leadership.
• Experience in an international SME environment.
• Fluent German and English.

Aufgaben

• Lead HR, Finance, Digital, Technology & Marketing functions.
• Oversee reporting, governance and controls.
• Drive digitalization and transformation initiatives.
• Develop policies, quality and information security standards.
