The role requires 2–3 years of EA experience, a Bachelor's in Business Administration, and strong English/German language skills. Work from the office five days a week, coordinating complex priorities and cross-border engagements.

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and trusted Executive Assistant to support a global leader within COFRA.
This role sits at the heart of a fast-paced international environment and plays a critical part in ensuring priorities, stakeholders and business activities are managed seamlessly. You will act as a trusted partner, helping create focus, efficiency and structure while handling sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion.
Success in this role requires excellent organisational skills, strong judgement, attention to detail and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders across different cultures and functions.
As Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive executive support across scheduling, stakeholder management, travel coordination, meeting preparation and business administration.
You will anticipate needs, proactively solve problems and ensure the smooth coordination of both day-to-day activities and longer-term priorities. The role also includes supporting special projects and managing confidential matters with the highest level of integrity.
Please note: This role is based in Zug, Switzerland and requires close in-person collaboration with senior leadership and key stakeholders. As such, the expectation is to work from the office five days per week.
