You will manage complex calendars, coordinate board and LT meetings and off-sites, prepare materials, and support budgets and onboarding.

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Leadership Team on a 7-month fixed-term assignment starting in November 2026.
In this role, you will act as a trusted partner, ensuring the efficient coordination of executive priorities, meetings, communications, and administrative activities. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organization, support the preparation and execution of Leadership Team meetings, and help facilitate the smooth operation of key business activities.
