Nexthink is seeking a Client Director to lead strategic relationships with top accounts and drive multi-million-dollar sales in the ITSM/ITOM space. This hybrid role partners with Solution Sales, Consulting, Support and Services to deliver value across Nexthink’s global client base.

You will manage executive relationships, develop tailored Nexthink solutions, and ensure revenue targets through Licenses, Renewals and Professional Services, spanning worldwide accounts from IT teams to CxO levels.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• 2+ years as a Client Director or equivalent with multi-million-dollar deals.
• Experience in IT Service Management or IT Operations Management.
• Fluent in English and French; German a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic leadership to clients.
• Be the relationship manager between customers and Nexthink.
• Work with solution teams to develop a Nexthink solution based on the customer’s strategic outcomes.
• Manage all Executive relationships between Nexthink and assigned clients.
• Oversee worldwide development of assigned accounts, including the deployment of worldwide resources.
• Build trust and deep multi-tiered relationships through assigned clients’ organization, from project/IT teams to CxO level.
• Develop a clear roadmap and build capabilities across our clients and Nexthink teams to promote an outstanding customer experience.
• Achieve financial targets for the assigned clients, including Licenses, Renewals, and Professional Services.
