Chanel in Geneva is seeking a Fashion Marketing Intern to support boutique marketing activities, assist client communications, and help organize events for the Geneva Fashion boutique. You will reinforce Chanel's image in Switzerland and contribute to client experience.

Ideal candidates are Master’s level students with marketing/events experience, strong analytics, and Excel proficiency. Fluent in French and English, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset, will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Master’s level student in business or university, with a strong interest in fashion and luxury.
• Excellent analytical skills with KPI, CRM, and reporting focus.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Well organized, detail-oriented, and rigorous in approach.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Proactive, team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate communication needs for each collection across physical and digital tools.
• Coordinate client marketing campaigns, support Sales team and manage 1-to-1 communications (Digital and Print).
• Support mailing campaigns, gifting strategies, and inter-team communication.
