Zusammenfassung

CHANEL Geneva invites a Master’s student to join the Events & Experiences Regional Team for a 6-month in-person internship. You will support event logistics across Geneva, coordinate with global and local teams, manage guest invites, catering, decor, and transportation, and assist in post-event analysis.

Fluency in English and French is required. This internship is full-time and located in Geneva, starting January 4, 2027, with an in-person work arrangement.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a Master-level program (Business/related field).
• First experience in Luxury sector or Events is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset.

You will be the support of the Events & Experiences Regional Team in the Fashion Swiss Markets Region (Switzerland, Latin America & India), to orchestrate extraordinary experiences for different segments of clients, to continually surprise and delight our clients reinforcing CHANEL’s authority as a luxury leader.MISSIONSYour role will mainly be to support the:communications with Global team & Local markets teamtargeting & analysis around impact of events & experiences before and afterSplit into 2 main topics :EVENTSSupporting markets in facilities organization and all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.Supporting markets on the communication assetsDocument post-event feedback consolidation to understand areas of success and improvementCompetitive monitoring consolidation (reporting, insights sharing)EXPERIENCESSmooth coordination of the logistics for each Experience with strong attention to detail and reactivity.
