The role combines sales, customer service, and business development, requiring attention to detail, strong communication, and flexibility to travel or work weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in sales, support, or other customer-facing role within automotive industry.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• Passion for a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Eye for detail and a precise and accurate worker.
• Self-starter with weekend rotation for deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an unparalleled customer experience during vehicle deliveries.
• Coach customers through the journey via phone, email, and chat.
• Perform deliveries efficiently and with high integrity.
• Educate customers on product ownership and expectations.
• Handle objections to build confidence and excitement.
• Engage customers through multiple communication channels.
• Collect and record customer information with impeccable data accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and convey value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Vehicle Registration, Order Operations and Logistics.
• Record customer feedback to improve products and processes.
